Labor and Human Rights Policies
Tsujiden will fulfill its social responsibility required as a manufacturer, and establish the items below for the prosperity of all of our employees, and work to improve employment and labor terms and promote constant guidance and education.
(1) Compliance of Law and Other Requested Items
Tsujiden shall follow labor laws, corporate regulations and their spirits, and upon agreement other requests from clients.

(2) Anti-Discrimination
Tsujiden shall respect the human rights and personality of each employee and treat them with dignity. Tsujiden shall not discriminate against any worker based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender, marital status, national origin, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, union membership,child care, pregnancy or any other status protected by applicable international or local law, in hiring and other employment practices. Tsujiden shall not require pregnancy or medical tests, except where required by applicable laws or regulations or prudent for workplace safety, and shall not improperly discriminate based on test results.

(3) Prohibition of harassment and abusement
Tsujiden shall work to root out any form of harassment, violence and abusement including sexual harassment and power harassment.

(4) Prevention of Forced Labor
No type of forced labor must be tolerated.

(5) Prevention of illegal minor workers and prohition of child labor
Tsujiden shall only hire employees that are over statutory age limit.

(6) Freedom of association and collective bargaining
Employees have the right to associate with others, form, and join (or refrain from joining) organizations of their choice, and bargain collectively, without interference, discrimination, retaliation, or harassment. Tsujiden shall freely recognize the legitimate right to bargain collectively through representatives of their choice.

(7) Supporting Employee Morale
Tsujiden will promote continuous guidance and education to support and improve employee morale.

(8) Support the Improvement of Technical Strength
Tsujiden will prepare and reinforce its corporate system to raise engineer and special skilled workers.

(9) Creating a Vibrant Working Environment
Tsujiden will create a vibrant workplace environment based on the mutual understanding and reliance of employees, and conduct personnel management that makes the best of each employees abilities and individualities.

(10) Continuous Improvements
Tsujiden shall set forth targets and implementation plans, regularly review and efficiently operate our management system and work to continuously make improvements and upgrades.
